Community Rules & Guidelines

1. Be Nice ALWAYS

One of our company values is to "Respect all people at all times." Whether providing feedback or encouraging others who are struggling, we ask that you always be kind and treat others as you wish to be treated.

 

2. Share Your Assignments

We want to see your progress and cheer you on through the course. When you complete an assignment, jump into the community, share, and celebrate! Each completed assignment will bring you closer!

 

3. Ask for Feedback

If you need feedback on something specific, our community is the place! We ask all our members to give constructive and helpful feedback that supports and encourages.

 

4. Take Advantage of all the Support

We are here to support YOU! Please don't hesitate to tag a member of The Virtual Savvy team if you have a particular question about your business and what you are working on.

 

5. JobOpp Posting and Applying

For Posting: To post a job for yourself or someone else, fill out thevirtualsavvy.com/hire. Any JobOpps posted in the group will be asked to fill out the form.

For Applying: Search #jobopp in the group to find them easily. Follow directions carefully and always bring VALUE FIRST. We are unable to track when these jobopps are filled, but we will share any updates we receive.

 

6. Accountability Groups

We have created this group to provide a safe place for feedback and support. We do ask that you refrain from promoting any outside groups that you are apart of or creating. We do not endorse any groups outside of our three Savvy communities.

 

7. Refrain from Harsh Language

Bullying of any kind isn't allowed. This also pertains to any comment that may be interpreted as racist, sexist, homophobic, or attacking any one person or people group as a whole.

 

8. No Promotions or Spam

No posting or promoting links to your own services, trainings, webinars, groups, blog posts, resources, events, or websites unless asking for specific feedback or responding to a #jobopp.

 

9. Terms and Conditions

10. Explicit Content

We reserve the right to remove any post, including jobopps, that contain X-rated material.

 

Milestones

 

Tips for submitting Milestones:
1. Be sure to include your name or business name on the evidence
 
2. For Be Bold - it should be clear that Personal Outreach Template has been sent. If it’s a social media post it should be public (not from the SavvySystem Community) to encourage stepping outside your comfort zone
 
3. For First Client - the submission should show that the contract has been signed or that the invoice has been paid
 
4. Not seeing a reply within 2 business days? Check your promotions/junk folder- sometimes it lands there. If it’s not there, don’t hesitate to follow up!
